a) Information you provide
- Account & contact info (if applicable): name, email, phone, company, role.
- Job data you enter or sync: project names, addresses, dates, notes, crew info, materials.
- Files & photos you upload: images, attachments, filenames, metadata.
b) Information we get from integrations
With your permission, we may read from and/or write to:
- Google Calendar (events, dates, descriptions, locations, attachments/links).
- Google Sheets (rows related to jobs, materials, notes, links).
- Google Drive (files you upload via our upload tool or attach to events).
We access only the scopes necessary to provide the features you use.
c) Usage data
- Log data (device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, IP address) to secure and improve the Services.
- Cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and improve UX (see §7).
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (e.g., schedules, job cards, attachments, print job sheets).
- Facilitate uploads to Google Drive and sync with Google Calendar/Sheets at your direction.
- Communicate with you (service notices, support, updates).
- Monitor, secure, and prevent misuse of the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

- Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, support) bound by confidentiality and DPAs.
- Google services per your configuration (Calendar, Drive, Sheets), only to perform the actions you initiate.

- Legal compliance (lawful requests; to protect rights, safety, or security).

We keep data as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see §9).
