- Prioritize local vendors in city contracts and projects
- Support corridor revitalization that attracts neighborhood-serving businesses (grocery, dining, services, healthcare)
- Create partnerships for job training, apprenticeships, and youth employment
- Protect legacy small businesses from being pushed out by unchecked development
